Tara Dively, Marriage & Family Therapist, MA, LMFT

Tara Dively, MA, LMFT is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with almost twenty years experience in helping families improve their relationships and reach their goals. Tara has worked in inpatient, community-based, and outpatient therapy settings, and is trained in Structural Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Strategic Family Therapy. Tara utilizes her training to help her clients improve by relying on their own strengths to achieve their goals.

Tara earned her Masters Degree in Marriage in Family Therapy in 2005 and has served families through evidence-based practices. In addition to working with individual adults and couples, she has worked intensively with adjudicated youth and their families through Multisystemic Therapy. She has worked with adolescent groups doing Aggression Replacement Training. Tara has several years experience in supervision of therapists as well as university interns. She has been a licensed marriage and family therapist since 2010.

Personal Information

Tara loves traveling with her husband, a psychologist, and their two children. She also enjoys her free time attending and teaching group fitness classes like P90X at a local gym.
